Elizabeth Yelverton

Elizabeth is a recent graduate of Campbell University School of Law, in the heart of downtown Raleigh, and spent much of her time in law school interning at the NC General Assembly. Elizabeth also served as Editor-in-Chief of the Campbell Law Observer, and Community Outreach Chairperson for Campbell’s Women in Law organization. She also enjoyed participating in the Campbell Law Innocence Project, as well as the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. Prior to attending Campbell, Elizabeth attended North Carolina State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor in English degree. She concentrated in language, writing, and rhetoric, and this focus is reflected in her continued passion for writing and storytelling.

When Elizabeth is not attending education committee meetings, advocating at the legislature, or frantically typing an article in the office, she enjoys going to the beach or hanging out with her two cats, Sir Fitzgerald and Sasha Fierce.
